Companies of the transport&logistics sectors in relation with their customers need operational tools and ebusiness standardised reference models (UNCEFACT processes, business data and shared exchange formates - ISO/CEN standards for transport) for efficient and seamless electronic exchanges of information in an international and multimodal context. This covers transport, logistics, customs and other governmental agencies requirements with a huge highlight on tracking&tracing, security of freight but also GHG emissions calculation. A test is launched via 2 electronic platforms located in China (Shenzen via Hong-Kong) and in France. The results concerned four axis : 1 paperless and secure customs transactions ; 2 tracking&tracing of goods ; 3 optimal insertion of road transport in the system with an emphasis for other modes (rail and river) ; 4 calculation of emissions CO2 in tons in accordance with the new French regulation dubbed the
